A positive corporate shift: the increase in “for good” creative professionals

As creatives, we’re able to see things that others simply cannot – until we place it right in front of their face.

We go “outside the box” and we’re natural communicators. This is why we’ve been able to add so much momentum to the “for good” train.

In working with creative teams around the world, we’ve seen an increasing number of designers becoming the major “influencers” of causes and “for good” initiatives.

Firms are pushing sustainable product designs. In-house teams are creating employee engagement programs for their parent company. Groups EVERYWHERE are contributing in a variety of designs, ideas, events, products, programs, etc.

If you’re a creative by profession, remember, you’re in a position to inspire. Ask yourself: How is my team contributing to the “for good” movement? As an individual, how am I participating?

TL;DR –  By crafting “for good” designs and lending our creative minds to influential groups (such as brands), we’re using our creativity to improve the global community.
